We want you to love your Instagarment purchase. If something isn’t right, we’re here to help.

How to Make a Return

  1. Request an RMA Number:
    Email us at INFO@INSTGARMENT.COM with the following details:

    • Your order date

    • The item(s) you want to return

    • The reason for the return

  2. Mark Your Return Package:
    Once you receive your Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number, write it clearly on the outside of your return package.

  3. Ship Your Return To:
    INSTAGARMENT – Returns

What Can Be Returned

  • Most items can be returned if they are in new, unused condition and in their original packaging.

  • All returns must be initiated within 30 days of receiving your order.

What Cannot Be Returned

  • Items returned after 30 days of receipt.

  • Items not in original packaging.

  • Items with visible wear or damage.


Refunds, Exchanges & Store Credit

  • Refunds must be requested within 30 days of receipt.

  • Exchanges or store credit are also available within the same 30-day window.

  • Please note: Shipping charges are non-refundable, and return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.
