How to Make a Return

Request an RMA Number:
Email us at INFO@INSTGARMENT.COM with the following details:-
Your order date

The item(s) you want to return

The reason for the return

Mark Your Return Package:
Once you receive your Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number, write it clearly on the outside of your return package. -

What Can Be Returned

Most items can be returned if they are in new, unused condition and in their original packaging.

All returns must be initiated within 30 days of receiving your order.
What Cannot Be Returned

Items returned after 30 days of receipt.

Items not in original packaging.

Items with visible wear or damage.
Refunds, Exchanges & Store Credit

Refunds must be requested within 30 days of receipt.

Exchanges or store credit are also available within the same 30-day window.

Please note: Shipping charges are non-refundable, and return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.
