If you're not completely satisfied with your purchase, simply contact our Customer Care team within 30 days of your order date. We’ll gladly refund the full price of the item (excluding shipping and processing fees), subject to the conditions below.

What’s Not Covered
While we strive for perfection, some issues fall outside of our control. We cannot offer refunds or exchanges for the following:

Spelling, punctuation, or grammatical errors made by the customer

Low-resolution or poor-quality images uploaded by the customer

Design issues or layout errors introduced by the customer

Incorrect product choices (e.g., size, color, or item type) selected at checkout
