While we strive for perfection, some issues fall outside of our control. We cannot offer refunds or exchanges for the following:

• Spelling, punctuation, or grammatical errors made by the customer

• Low-resolution or poor-quality images uploaded by the customer

• Design issues or layout errors introduced by the customer

• Incorrect product choices (e.g., size, color, or item type) selected at checkout
